For those of you who are attending Music Midtown this weekend (EEK SO EXCITED), trying to pack is essential! Since the outfits (and photos) are the main part of the weekend, many of us might be struggling with what necessities to bring! Hello sunscreen. I have compiled a list of items that are must-haves for this weekends upcoming festivities.
- FRINGE CROSSBODY
The perfect bag is an important part of any music festival because you don’t want to be weighed down but you need to make sure you have exactly what you need. Since Music Midtown is providing bracelets for entry that are allowing cashless options, carrying around money won’t be necessary. But carrying an ID and other essentials are. This bag is the perfect size for a phone, sunscreen, lip color, and ID! It is linked from American Threads here.
- LIP COLOR
Lip color, like duh. It’s the perfect completion for any outfit and makes any quick selfie look bomb. I love TooFaced Melted Matte Lipstick and I am going to (hopfeully) purchase this color by Friday. Having Sephora down the hall from my workplace is a plus. I’ve linked this lip here.
- SUNSCREEN
Being in the sun for two days straight is definitely going to take a toll on my fair skin that is so used to being indoors all day. Sunscreen is going to be key to my comfort this weekend. Music Midtown prohibits aerosol cans from entering into the park so using a cream is essential. Isagenix is a health and wellness company that creates products from meal replacement shakes to skincare. Their products are created from organic and natural ingredients that are safe for your body. - SUNGLASSES

- FLASH TATS
I love flash tats. I definitely won’t be going overboard with them, but a few around my arms and hands might definitely make an appearance this weekend. Loooooove. Linked here.
- YOUR ID
If you plan on getting some delicious beer or entering the Terrapin Beer Garden like I do, you need your ID. You will be very sad if you forget. - WATER
A factory sealed water bottle. They have free water refill stations. Yes, free. Thank goodness. Guess they don’t want people fainting all over the place.
- YOUR CASHLESS MM WRISTBAND
Your ticket to the festival. You better not forget this sucker. Make sure you have activated your cashless option online at musicmidtown.com/wristband.
There are many many many many MANY other items that will be filling my travel bag for this weekend (cough, Patron, cough) but these 8 items are ESSENTIAL for this two-day music party.
