Last week was a weiirrrrddddd week for me. Going through some kind of blogger rut and it was NOT FUN. But the good thing is that this week I have a fun look for you and have lots of content in the works (like my fave spring/summer beauty products).
Hiiiiiii frenzies. Welcome to my place for ramblings and photos.
FIRST POST WITH MY DARK HAIR BACK!!! While I enjoyed the lighter version of me, dark brunette feels most authentic!
I love weekends. Like a lot. I worked retail for 3 out of my 4 college years as well as my first post-grad job at Nordstrom. Let me fill you in: weekends DO NOT EXIST IN RETAIL. I struggled with loving clothes and styling and loathing working retail. It was a love/hate relationship to say the least. I definitely enjoyed working at Encore (the local Athens, GA boutique where I spent Tuesdays + Thursdays as well as some weekends) because of my fab coworkers and all of our super freaking cute product, but weekends, in my book, are for relaxing and exploring.
I feel like it has been forever since I posted a new look but it was just last week. Things have been CRAZY over here! I have been working nonstop on projects, collaborations, and content! I am so excited for the next few months with Forge A Frenzy.
I’m super happy to share the newest exciting news with you guys! I have switched platforms for my shop content so that I can accept all major credit cards, have a customer support system, and an awesome inventory tracker. My new shoppable website is www.shopforgeafrenzy.com!!!! Yayyyyy!!!!
Currently, I have my favorite prints from some of my travels listed on the website. I will be adding collections, photos of how to style your prints, and tons of other products. I love combining the things that I love and creating products for my readers to love as well. I am seriously so so so excited about this.
But NOW for today’s super awesome, beachy, and fun look!
It’s Wednesday people!! Half way through the week! I am currently sitting on my couch with my pup and a nice big mug full of coffee. A good morning if you ask me.
If there is one thing I learned from this shoot it’s that I need some sunshine in my life. Pale doesn’t work well in California.
Welcome back to Forge A Frenzy and HAPPY FRIDAY! I have Monday + Tuesday off of next week so this long weekend is going to be relaxing and fun and full of creating.
I cannot believe that the first week of April has come and come. This year has been FLYING by.
This week has been slow but somehow full of ups and downs. Sometimes I get in a creative rut and find myself in a place where I am searching for inspiration and drive! When that happens, I normally say a quick prayer and then dive into what I know lights me up; feeds my creativity. And this week, a brainchild was born that I cannot wait to see come to life and to share with you guys. It’s going to be exciting and also press the gas pedal on my goal of empowering people to be bold and feel inspired.
On to this vision of white that is this dress from Nordstrom! In the above photo I feel slightly like a bride or bridesmaid but ya know, I was going for dreamy-flower-desert-goddess and that’s what I got!
This week has been nonstop playing catch-up from our Palm Springs trip and planning an itinerary for all of the boutique events this weekend! It seems like everyone is having their Coachella kick-off events (or amazing sample sales + pop-up shops) with fun giveaways, music, and goodies. For you LA + OC gals, I will list the events here:
Welcome back to FaF! It’s been a little while since my last post because life has been CRAZY. Planning trips, shooting all of the time, working, blogging, eating healthy, social life, the list goes on and on and on! But the great thing about loving what you do is that it never feels like work! Sure there are time when I would really rather not edit 60 photos or reply to 20 emails but with the end goal in mind, it makes it all worth it.
Welcome back to FaF and happy first day of Spring!!!
Daylight savings occurred a couple weekends ago and let me tell you I am feeling the loss of that hour. My body needs 8 hours to function properly/not get sick and I am playing major catch up. Along with catching up on sleep, I am working out like a crazy woman and working on Forge A Frenzy in every spare moment.
THIS WEEKEND:Caroline (of Life With Lina) and I have a super excited Palm Springs getaway planned filled with Coachella and festival inspired wear as festival season is underway. We have partnered with hotels, boutiques, and restaurants to give you guys a dreamy desert experience. We are super excited.
ALSO I am trying something fun and new with this post… scroll to the bottom for more details.
